Have you been notified that you need Flood Insurance?

FEMA is actively updating Flood Profiles of many creeks and rivers in North Georgia. The new data has placed many homes or other property in Federally designated Special Flood Hazard Areas. In the majority of these cases, this determination is based primarily on aerial contour maps. If you have been notified by your lender or insurance agent that flood insurance is required, contact us to discuss preparing an Elevation Certificate or Electronic Letter of Map Amendment.
